Quantity Policy
Due to the nature of my pressed flower art,
quantities are limited at times. Please
e-mail Elizabeth
to check on availability prior to ordering more than ten
of any one item.
Payment Policy
All credit card payments are handled through
a secure SSL server, or by Paypal. You are also welcome to send a
check or money order if you prefer, instead of ordering via the
Internet. Please e-mail
me and I will gladly
provide you with my mailing address.
Shipping
Shipping is via U.S. Priority Mail or UPS.
I strive to charge as close to actual shipping rates
as possible, with no extra handling fees of any kind. I am happy to ship to
foreign countries as able. Shipping surcharges will apply for foreign
orders.
Orders will be sent out within two working days, and will be packed with the utmost
care. Occasionally clean recycled boxes and packing materials are used, to
promote good stewardship of God's beautiful earth.
Return Policy
I trust that your Elizabeth's Flowers
purchase will be exactly as you hoped. In the event that you are not
completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of
purchase in the original packaging for a full merchandise refund. To return
merchandise, please ship to:
Elizabeth's Flowers via prepaid, insured mail with a copy of the original
invoice. Unfortunately shipping charges are not refundable.
Privacy Policy
Please be assured that Elizabeth's Flowers
does not sell or disclose your personal information to any outside party.
Occasionally special e-mail notices regarding sales, new items, etc, are
sent to past customers. If you do not wish to receive these notices, just
e-mail me your request, and you will not receive another e-mail.
Security
Your name, address, or any other personal information will in no way be
shared with others.
